Custom 1957 Chevy Sign/Coatrack of my own design. I developed templates from a sketch I drew of the front end of a 1957 Chevy. I used the templates for all the 3D pieces to be cut from 3/4" and 1/2" good quality plywood. I cut, painted, assembled all pieces. "Hooks" for hanging items are original window cranks from a 1957 Chevy. Custom plates ordered from an online source. Authentic Chevrolet chrome emblem is a Chevy licensed product produced by an approved source. Requested red paint finish and plate customization. Delivered to a 1957 Chevy fan in North Carolina. This work is intended to be a transformative, derivative piece.
